Homeunity expands in stages. Each stage adds hotels, increases member discounts, and unlocks more capabilities.

We publish the plan so you can see where we are headed. Dates are indicative, as in any real business — but the direction is clear.

The roadmap is not a guarantee of outcomes. Dates and figures are indicative. Participants accept the risks described in Risk Disclosure and related documents.

•Internal Travel Club rates for members — 50% to 85% off depending on tier.
•Full HPOT rollout for selected properties.
•AI concierge with price monitoring and automated recommendations.

HRPT price will reach $1.50 by the end of 2026. Large blocks at the starting price will no longer be available.

Who benefits

Those who joined during Foundation — they already have a low entry price and are positioned for discounts.

Construction / renovation and permits.
Operating licences and legal closing.

Stage 3: Network Expansion (2027)

What will appear:

•10+ hotels in Thailand, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Bali, and the UAE.
•Simply.Exchange secondary market — free trading of HRPT between members.
•Elite participants approach the 4,475 cap.
•HPOT — for more properties.

HRPT price: the company no longer sells tokens directly — further pricing is set by the market on Simply.Exchange.

Who benefits

Early participants may sell part of their HRPT (possibly at a profit) or keep earning through HPOT.

Outlook

Stage 4: Secondary market only (after the quota fills)

What happens:

•All 4,475 elite seats are taken.
•No new elite members (unless someone sells their status).

•Price is fully market-driven.

Who benefits

Those who entered early — that asset can no longer be acquired cheaply.

Liquidity and price levels on the secondary market are not guaranteed — they depend on supply and demand.

Why dates can slip

Hotel construction, licences, and legal work take time and do not always follow the plan. We announce changes early via the website and newsletter.

Delays in construction or permits.
Operating profit (NOI) may be lower than expected.
Secondary-market liquidity may be low at launch.
Regulatory and market shifts outside the company’s direct control.
