Direct ownership
Operations without classic bank leverage at the hotel layer — more room for member pricing.
HRPT opens the door to a private Travel Club — and inside, there are two layers. First — for everyone: up to ~85% off hotels, priority booking, and an AI concierge that plans trips for you. Second — for those who want more: participation in net operating income from real hotels, via HPOT — a digital entitlement to a share of income. Both layers sit under Swiss law. No hidden fees — transparent math.
HRPT is not a security and does not automatically grant yield rights. NOI participation is implemented through HPOT mechanics and is not available in all jurisdictions — subject to qualification and KYC/AML.
Base: Travel Club + AI. NOI layer: HAFS Vault → HPOT → distributions per program rules.
Tired of overpaying on Booking and Expedia? Travel Club works differently.
We own hotels directly. No intermediaries. No bank debt at the operating layer — so members can get prices roughly 50–85% below public retail.

What “hotel income” means
You receive a share of net operating income (NOI) for a specific asset — not “interest on a loan,” but participation in real operating economics. Details are in the sections below and in program documentation.
The NOI / HPOT layer is not available in all jurisdictions. U.S. Persons face restrictions. Terms apply after qualification.
HPOT is an entitlement you receive when HRPT is placed into the HAFS Vault — not a retail coin you pick up off an exchange shelf.
Illustrative example — actuals depend on the transaction and valuation.
Why can we buy below market? Because we acquire whole assets without retail mark-ups. That margin is embedded as protection for HPOT holders. Example: market price $13M, acquisition $10M — about $3M (~23%) of cushion vs volatility. When the asset sells closer to market, economics follow program rules — structural advantage, not a promise of speculative returns.
No. Travel Club is available to all HRPT holders after KYC. HPOT is for NOI participation in hotel economics.
Typically by operating periods (often quarterly). Timing and amounts depend on the asset and distribution rules.
HPOT is a ledger entitlement within the program. Value and payouts depend on operating results and exit terms — not a bank deposit guarantee.
The technical layer linking HRPT and HPOT: you send tokens, the system records tier and rights — no need to hand-audit protocol code.
